Roberto Nigro is researcher at Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Naples Federico II since 2001. Research fields are: Fermentation of food matrices production of Functional Foods, solid-liquid extraction of functional components from raw, processed and waste food materials. He is author of about 60 scientific papers published on national and international Journals
concerning fluidization, food engineering and treatment of polluting effluents.
