Scientific interests focused on carbohydrate chemistry, in particular: Structure and function of microbial glycoconjugates. Conformational analysis of glycoconjugates by NMR and computational approaches (MM and MD simulation), biophysical methods. Study of the protein-ligand interaction by NMR, biophysical techniques, computational approaches (MD, Docking, homology modeling, corcema-st).
