Professor of Agricultural Economics and Policy at the University of Naples Federico II. In 1995 she received a PhD in Economics and Agricultural Policy. From 2002 to September 2019 she was professor at the University of Basilicata and coordinator of the International master degree “Edamus”. She was a visiting professor at University of Tsukuba (Japan). Economic expert for the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and the Ministry of Agriculture (MiPaf). Researcher at the National Statistics Institute (ISTAT), Ismea and Inea.
My research areas are: the economic analysis of sustainable production and supply chain models in the agri-food system (circular economy and supply chain sustainability); research in the marketing sector: agri-food and wine and social media; the economic opportunities for the non-traditional wine sector; Urban gardening and the resilience of urban food systems.
